A sixth-generation Floridian and Board Certified Marital & Family Law attorney, Eddie has devoted his career to helping people navigate some of the most difficult and consequential moments of their lives. His practice has taken him through complex divorces, high-conflict custody disputes, sophisticated financial matters, and cases involving families whose lives cannot be reduced to numbers on a spreadsheet or allegations in a pleading.
In 2026, Eddie opened Eddie Stephens – Family Law in West Palm Beach, creating a firm that reflects the way he believes family law should be practiced: personal, strategic, creative, responsive, and relentlessly focused on the client’s future.
The firm is located in a building with special meaning to Eddie. It is the same building where he was sworn in as a lawyer nearly thirty years ago, and the office itself was previously occupied by his uncle and mentor, longtime Palm Beach County family law attorney John T. Christiansen. What began as an unexpected opportunity became the perfect place to begin the next chapter.
