(May 13, 2025) – Board-certified marital and family law attorney Eddie Stephens, co-founder of Stephens & Stevens PLLC, proudly announces the release of the 21st edition of Stephens’ Squibs. This milestone commemorates two decades of providing concise summaries of every Florida family law appellate case published since 2004 while donating all book proceeds to charity. 100% of the proceeds from book sales are dedicated to supporting a nonprofit organization. This year, all book proceeds will be donated to the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, Inc., a 501(C)(3) organization, whose mission is to provide high quality civil legal advice, representation, and education free of charge to the most vulnerable and at-risk children, families, elders, veterans and individuals in Palm Beach County so as to protect their personal safety, enhance their opportunities and living conditions, and promote self-sufficiency.

The Stephens’ Squibs compilation originated as a personal learning tool for Stephens. Over the years, it evolved into an invaluable resource, meticulously categorizing case summaries and making them freely accessible to other marital and family law professionals.

The 21st edition features a foreword by Eddie’s mentor, Robert M.W. Shalhoub, Esquire, reflects on Eddie’s growth as a lawyer and a scholar.

This year’s edition has been edited by Eddie’s law partner, Caryn A. Stevens, Esquire.
