I LOVE Family Law Software!

For the past 13 years I have been using Family Law Software for all my litigation support needs. 

It is quick and user friendly for child support / tax calculations, projections, form creation and has applications for alimony and equitable distribution.

Anytime I have had an issue, the developers have helped me figure it out. 

After 13 years of use…. I can honestly say I LOVE Family Law Software!

Any have you noticed the Florida Supreme Court recently updated the Financial Affidavit form? Well Family Law Software has you covered!

Family Law Software just released an update that includes the long form Family Law Financial Affidavit (FL 902c) issued June 26 by the Florida Supreme Court. 

The changes to the Affidavit include: 

  • Modifications to Section I.3., unemployment, employment, and retirement.
  • New expenses in Section II, including:
    • Subscription streaming services
    • Communication technology/remote working subscriptions
    • Electric car charging
    • Automobile subscriptions and roadside services
    • Children’s religious training, remote learning, and subscription services
    • Long-term care insurance
  • For assets and liabilities, new columns for non-marital amounts.
  • New asset categories, including:
    • Digital wallet cash
    • Cryptocurrency
    • Non-fungible tokens
    • Tools
    • Firearms and ammunition
  • New liability categories include student loans, medical debt, and tax debt.
  • More details about contingent assets and liabilities.

So if you want your work product to be 1) accurate, 2) easy to create, and 3) very pretty…. Family Law Software is the way to go!

    Eddie, what family law software would you recommend for drafting pleadings, motions, etc.

      Don’t use software for forms. Everything we do is from scratch or from my “form library” of pleadings from past 28 years.
