Ever since I started practicing family law, 15 years ago, I have been searching for software that would provide the assistance of a forensic accountant.

I have probably tried them all.

I have discovered software that is easy, affordable and POWERFUL.

In January at the Board Certification Seminar, I was introduced to Family Law Software, Inc. and was given a trial period to play.

I played and I liked.

Now all attorneys and paralegals in my office are using Family Law Software, Inc. for child support calculations, tax analysis and now I am learning the more advanced options the software offers.

    Hi Eddie, Thanks for writing these Squibs, which I enjoy, however, you reported as follows: “Forest-Kohl v. Kohl, 37 Fla. L. Weekly D1218 (Fla. 4th DCA 2012). Trial court reversed for failing to classify credit card debt and student loans incurred during marriage as non-marital liabilities.” However, the 4th DCA did not direct the TC to classify as nonmarital, but instead to classify as marital or nonmarital because it had not, even where Wife testified these debts were marital, and didn’t raise on rehearing.
