Example of Complex Hi-Conflict Divorce Litigation

Written by:

Happy almost Thanksgiving.

I have been a divorce attorney for 25 years and Board Certified since 2004.

I have seen a lot.

Yesterday the Court issued a final judgment on one of the most complex cases I have ever litigated.

It involved fraudulent transfers, constructive trusts, bankruptcy, multiple third party defendants, a half million lump sum alimony award and the intentional depletion of a $20 million estate.

It was quite the ordeal, and my client has authorized me to publish a redacted version of the final judgment for educational purposes.

If you are interested in reading this epic 38 page Judgment:

My client was AMAZING. The amount of adversity she was able to overcome and resiliency displayed was impressive. She is an amazing person and it was my pleasure to help guide her through this case and present it for her.

This was also this first time I got to work with forensic accountant, Sonja Reposa, CPA. She is a true pro and helped me unravel Gideon’s Knot.

Even though I am listed as the only attorney for the Wife, I could not have done this without the the help of my entire legal team. My former paralegal, Angela Cahill, contributed significantly.

Needless to say my client is very…. THANKFUL. 🙂

So if you are interested in what I consider some very complex legal issues, give the final judgment a gander.

I hope everyone has a safe and restful Thanksgiving, I know I will! 🙂

Hi Eddie. I got a kick out of reading this. You and your team did a Yeoman’s job. I was exhausted just thinking about it.

There’s just nobody on earth like a surgeon. That’s all I will say about that.

Wondering why you redacted when everything is public record? Just curious about that.

Amazing job. Fantastic result. Good on you. Lane

Hi Eddie, I’ve been saving this email for a while and meant to respond. Obviously, you did an excellent job here. I have a case with some similar issues. Do you think you could send to me copies of the parties’ pleadings that were filed of record?

    Greatly appreciated, thank you,

    Richard
