Example of Complex Hi-Conflict Divorce Litigation

Happy almost Thanksgiving.

I have been a divorce attorney for 25 years and Board Certified since 2004.

I have seen a lot.

Yesterday the Court issued a final judgment on one of the most complex cases I have ever litigated.

It involved fraudulent transfers, constructive trusts, bankruptcy, multiple third party defendants, a half million lump sum alimony award and the intentional depletion of a $20 million estate.

It was quite the ordeal, and my client has authorized me to publish a redacted version of the final judgment for educational purposes.

My client was AMAZING. The amount of adversity she was able to overcome and resiliency displayed was impressive. She is an amazing person and it was my pleasure to help guide her through this case and present it for her.

This was also this first time I got to work with forensic accountant, Sonja Reposa, CPA. She is a true pro and helped me unravel Gideon’s Knot.

Even though I am listed as the only attorney for the Wife, I could not have done this without the the help of my entire legal team. My former paralegal, Angela Cahill, contributed significantly.

Needless to say my client is very…. THANKFUL. 🙂
