January 24, 2013. At the mid-year meeting, the Family Law Section’s CLE Committee announced that Eddie Stephens’ 2012 Case Law Update was the most successful CLE of the year. This is the second year in a row Mr. Stephens’s telephonic presentation of case law summaries had been the highest attended program sponsored by the CLE Committee of the Family Law Section. Ralph T. White (West Palm Beach) is the Program Chair. Due to the continued success of this program, Mr. Stephens and Mr. White have been secured to present again on October 23, 2013.
