2013 CASE LAW UPDATE
On October 23, 2013 the Family Law Section is Sponsoring the telephonic CLE “Family Law Case Law” chaired by Ralph (R.T.) White and presented by Squib Author Eddie Stephens. For the past two years this was been the most well attended and profitable CLE presented by the CLE Committee of the Family Law Section and will offer 2.5 specialized Board Certification credits and 0.5 ethics.
This will be a unique and entertaining seminar bringing the participants up to date with all family law case developments. Seminar includes a discussion of substantial law, trends and two hours of credited education that will be educational and entertaining.
In addition to Eddie Stephens’ expansive knowledge of Family Law it will also include the observations of R.T. White who is not only a board certified marital and family attorney, but also a stand-up comedian who has already had mulitple performances at the Palm Beach Improv.
