Ending the Mental Health Stigma

Join Me in Supporting the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

When someone breaks their arm, we take them to the doctor and mend it.  However, when someone suffers from mental illness, they often go untreated.

That is because there is a stigma in our society that prevents people from getting proper treatment.

We can end that stigma.  To do that, we have to talk about it.  We need to care about each other.  We have to stop being so divisive.

I’m walking in the Out of the Darkness Palm Beach County Walk to fight suicide and support AFSP’s bold goal to reduce the suicide rate 20% by 2025.

Please help me reach my goal by clicking the “Donate” button on this page. All donations are 100% tax deductible and benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), funding research, education, advocacy, and support for those affected by suicide.

Thank you for your support!
