Publishing Concepts, Inc.

UPDATE 5/24 10:45am… Per DSP staff, we will not know if funds are received until 3pm today.  Continue sitting tight.

UPDATE 5/24 10:30am EST Publishing Concepts CEO Tom Lyons called me and has represented he will wire us funds by noon today.  Hold off on any more action until we have good news.

The folks who produced our alumni directory Publishing Concepts, LLC (formerly Harris Connect) have refused to make their final payment of $25,000 to our organization.

It was due March 31, 2017 (It was actually due way before this but if you look at the email chain below, we agreed revise the date to 3/31/17 and were promised an additional $5,000.

In addition to my efforts, the folks at Central Office have made many more efforts.  They have been told the check is in the mail, there is an accounting issue, the CEO will call Eddie to explain.

Well I have tried to call the CEO Tom Lyons who refused to call me back.

Things you can do to help:

  1.  Leave a google review.  You must not exaggerate a say a non-truth or you could expose yourself to liability.  If you would like me to proof your comment, email me at eddie@eddiestephens.com.   You can also check “find helpful” on other reviews left by Deltasigs so they move up in ranking.
  2. Visit their Facebook page and leave comments.  Edit:  They are deleting our comments but they cannot delete angry likes on all their comments.
  3. Leave a BBB complaint  Probably doesn’t matter because they have so many.  I have started a formal complaint and left a review.  Leave a review if you want but Google is more important.

I’m sure you can imagine how much good this money will do to our organization.  I believe in the cause so much I have donated my time to the fraternity to help.

Will you please join me?

Fraternally,

Eddie Stephens

My apologies I had not yet responded to this morning’s messages from you and Jeanna Tipton. I did speak with her just a few moments ago to indicate that the check was issued out of our Dallas office and should arrive at Bill’s office tomorrow.

Good afternoon, Eddie,

I am emailing you from my personal account as I want to make sure you receive this. I want to confirm our proposal for payment of royalties to the International Fraternity of Delta Sigma Pi.

We propose remitting royalty earnings in three installments of $25,000 each: in January 2017, in February 2017, and finally in March 2017.

This proposal reflects an additional $5,000 in earnings above the guaranteed $70,000 in your contract with Harris Connect. Thank you so much for your willingness to work with us.

All the best,

Beth
